Calibration process & Services

Calibration at VinaMT

To the customers (Open time schedule)

Calibration request

To register for the request of optimization (submit a copy of the business registration)

Conducting the calibration

Complete calibration and payment

On-site Calibration

Calibration Request

Make a list of equipment to be calibrated (Instrument name, brand name, model, quantity) and submit a request for a quote.

On-stie Calibration Plan

Agree with the person in charge of the final quotation and plan the calibration at the requested location from customer.

Perform on-site calibration

Travel to the place specified by the customer for calibration (equipment that cannot be calibrated on-site will be transported to VinaMT for further conduction)

Calibration Complete & Fee Payment

Send the calibration completion by e-mail Send Invoice Receive Payment

Return of received

After payment is received, the device can be returned directly or postal dispatch, .... (contact in advance for the fastest support)

Dispatch Calibration Result

After payment is complete, the Certificate will be dispatched (a copy of the calibration result and certificate can be directly down;loaded on VinaMT Homepage).

Delivery service

In order to minimize the inconvenience caused by transporting equipment to customers, we have transportation vehicles to receive and deliver equipment within the area of ​​Hanoi and neighboring provinces. It can be checked if your area is exempted. fee of delivery via the company hotline number after receiving the quote. For other provinces, delivery can be arranged after submitting a request for quotation.
