What is Calibration?

Calibration is a measurement technique that compares measured values through comparison of measuring equipment used in industry and standard measuring equipment with higher accuracy and precision. Calibration must be performed to ensure accuracy of the measuring equipment used, and the regulations made for this purpose are those of the national calibration system.
The ultimate goal of this system is to ensure the uniformity and performance of products during production, and to ensure the reliability of the measurement results produced during tests and inspections.
National calibration organization
The national calibration organization evaluates the quality system and technical competence of the calibration body by a registered assessor against the standards established by the International Standards Code (ISO/IEC 17025) and the Public Organization. Vietnam Accreditation (VILAS) based on the National Standards and Standards Act, and is an official international accreditation body designated as having calibration competence in that field.
