Operators can remotely monitor real-time temperature profiles, receive system error notifications, and modify operating parameters without the need to remain physically present beside the unit.
• Intuitive Touchscreen Control Interface: The front panel eliminates conventional mechanical buttons and incorporates a flat 4-inch full-touch TFT LCD color display combined with a Jog-Dial rotary/push controller. The user-friendly graphical interface provides comprehensive visualization of temperature curves and process status throughout the drying cycle.
• Natural Air Convection System: The unit operates using a gravity convection mechanism, where continuous air circulation is generated naturally by density differences between heated and cooler air masses without the use of a forced-air fan. This design creates an exceptionally quiet drying environment while protecting fine powders, ultra-lightweight components, and small particulate samples from displacement, contamination, or cross-contamination between sample trays.
• Premium-Grade Construction Materials: The chamber interior is fabricated from cold-rolled SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and high-temperature exposure. The exterior housing is constructed from durable powder-coated steel. High-quality fiberglass and ceramic fiber insulation installed between the inner and outer walls minimizes heat loss, improves energy efficiency, and protects operators from accidental burns when touching the external surface of the oven.
