Unlike conventional integrated water bath systems, this unit is a compact control head module incorporating both a heating element and circulation pump. Fuzzy Logic Controller & Jog-Shuttle Knob: Utilizes a digital Fuzzy logic algorithm for stable and precise temperature control. The proprietary Jog-Shuttle interface enables fast and intuitive parameter setting through simple push-and-turn operation.
Backlit LCD Display: Provides clear and simultaneous display of set temperature and actual temperature values for easy monitoring.
Multi-Layer Safety Protection System:
Low Water Level Detection: Automatically shuts off heating power and activates an alarm when water level is insufficient, preventing heater damage or hazards.
Automatic shutdown in case of over-temperature or over-current conditions.
Locking Mode: Temporarily disables the control knob to prevent accidental parameter changes during operation.
Self-Compensation Function: Allows calibration of temperature deviation between actual bath temperature and controller sensor reading within an adjustable range of ±10.0°C.
