Fully independent 6-position control: Each working position is equipped with an individual digital feedback microprocessor controller. Users can freely set different temperature levels, stirring speeds, and timer settings for each liquid sample.
Intelligent control system: The unit features six integrated proprietary Jog-Shuttle (Jog-Dial) control modules, each paired with a backlit LCD display that provides clear, real-time parameter visualization for each individual position.
Chemical-resistant heating surface: Each position is equipped with a 140 × 140 mm heating plate made of die-cast aluminum alloy coated with a special white ceramic layer. This ceramic coating offers excellent heat resistance and strong protection against corrosion from strong acids, alkalis, and aggressive solvents.
Permanent BLDC motor system: Integrated with six high-performance brushless DC motors, ensuring smooth, quiet operation with stable torque across the full speed range and no requirement for lubrication maintenance.
High thermal uniformity: The internal heating module is scientifically engineered to ensure temperature deviation across the plate surface is maintained below 10%.
Expansion interfaces and safety system: The unit is equipped with dedicated ports for PT100 external temperature probes for direct liquid temperature measurement. The housing is constructed from heavy-duty powder-coated steel and incorporates automatic over-temperature cut-off protection as well as a safety control knob locking mode.
