A premium 11 L laboratory water bath manufactured by DAIHAN Scientific (South Korea). Unlike conventional static water baths (WB series), the “WCB” series is equipped with a built-in continuous circulation pump system. Dual Circulation Pump System (Internal & External): The submersible pump head ensures uniform water circulation throughout all areas of the bath chamber, achieving excellent temperature uniformity (±0.2°C). External circulation ports (internal diameter 7 mm / external diameter 11 mm) allow hot water to be circulated to external analytical instruments for auxiliary heating applications.
Fuzzy Logic Controller & Jog-Shuttle Knob: Utilizes DAIHAN’s proprietary Fuzzy logic algorithm for precise temperature control. Users can quickly set temperature and time parameters through intuitive push-and-turn Jog-Shuttle operation.
Backlit LCD Display: Provides a clear digital interface for simultaneous monitoring of set value (SV) and process value (PV) under all lighting conditions.
Premium Construction Materials: The bath chamber and supplied flat lid are fully constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency and excellent resistance to corrosion from common laboratory chemicals. The outer housing is made of powder-coated steel for structural protection.
User Self-Compensation Function: Enables users to calibrate and compensate for temperature deviations between the actual sample environment and the controller sensor reading, with an adjustable range of ±10.0°C.
Multi-Layer Electrical Safety System:
Low Water Level Detection: Automatically triggers an alarm and cuts off heating power when water level is insufficient, preventing heater damage.
Automatic protection shutdown in case of over-temperature or over-current conditions.
Locking Mode: Disables control inputs to prevent accidental parameter changes during operation or experiments.
