Flexible Immersion Head Application: Supplied with a robust tank-side mounting clamp, allowing flexible installation on various tank materials such as glass, stainless steel, or heat-resistant plastic vessels. This provides a highly cost-effective solution for laboratories already equipped with existing sample containers.
High-Performance External Circulation System: The 5 L/min circulation pump ensures uniform fluid mixing within the bath while also providing outlet ports for external circulation to auxiliary systems such as rotary evaporators, viscometers, refractometers, or jacketed reaction vessels.
Fuzzy Logic Controller & Jog-Shuttle Knob: Utilizes a digital Fuzzy logic control algorithm to maintain stable temperature regulation and minimize overshoot. The proprietary push-and-turn Jog-Shuttle knob enables fast and precise adjustment of temperature and time settings with one-hand operation.
Backlit LCD Display: Provides simultaneous and intuitive display of set value (SV) and process value (PV), with backlighting for clear visibility in low-light environments.
User Self-Compensation Function: Allows users to calibrate and compensate for temperature deviations between the actual measured sample environment and the controller sensor reading, with an adjustable range of ±10.0°C.
Multi-Layer Safety Protection System:
Low Water Level Detection: Automatically shuts off heating power and triggers an audible alarm when water level is insufficient, preventing overheating or electrical hazards.
Automatic protection shutdown in case of over-temperature or over-current conditions.
Locking Mode: Temporarily disables the control knob to prevent accidental changes to operating parameters during experiments.
