This is the largest model in the “WHB” series of digital oil baths manufactured by DAIHAN Scientific (South Korea). The unit features a high heating capacity of 2.5 kW and is equipped with a built-in drain valve. It is specifically designed for high-temperature chemical reactions, fractional distillation, and thermal stability testing of materials at temperatures up to 250°C.

50 mm Ceramic Fiber Insulation: The bath chamber is constructed from durable 1.2 mm SUS304 stainless steel. The chamber walls are insulated with a 50 mm ceramic fiber layer, ensuring maximum heat retention within the bath, minimizing energy consumption, and preventing the outer surface from becoming hot and causing burns.

Fuzzy Logic Controller & Jog-Shuttle System: Combines a digital Fuzzy logic algorithm with a proprietary push-and-turn Jog-Shuttle knob, enabling fast and intuitive one-handed operation.

Backlit LCD Display: Provides clear and intuitive simultaneous display of both actual and set parameters.

User Self-Compensation Function: Allows calibration of the temperature deviation between the actual oil temperature inside the bath and the controller display reading, with an adjustable compensation range of ±10.0°C.

Multi-Layer Safety System:

Automatic power cut-off in case of over-temperature or over-current conditions.
Built-in sensor probe failure detection system.
Locking Mode temporarily disables the control knob to prevent accidental changes during operation or experiments.
