Smart-Lab™ Control Technology: The oven is equipped with an intelligent Fuzzy-PID controller integrated with a 4-inch full-touch TFT LCD display. The intuitive graphical touchscreen interface allows users to easily configure drying parameters and monitor real-time temperature profile graphs during operation.
Wireless Connectivity and Remote Control: The system features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and the proprietary WiRe™ service, enabling users to remotely monitor operating status, adjust temperature settings, and receive error notifications anytime via a mobile application or web browser on a computer.
Natural Convection System: Air inside the chamber circulates based on natural density differences between hot and cold air without the use of a fan. This silent and stable drying mechanism is ideal for fine powders, small particles, and ultra-light samples, effectively preventing sample disturbance, dispersion, or cross-contamination.
Premium Mechanical Construction: The inner chamber is made of cold-rolled stainless steel (SUS 304), providing excellent chemical resistance and corrosion protection. The outer housing is constructed from durable powder-coated steel. High-quality thermal insulation made of glass wool or ceramic fiber significantly reduces heat loss, improves energy efficiency, and keeps the outer surface cool during operation.
3-Side Heating System: Heating elements are installed on three surrounding sides of the chamber, ensuring uniform heat distribution and consistent thermal performance across all shelves and working zones.
