Calibration at VinaMT

Go to customer site / receive equipment (Delivery...)

Working hours: 08:00 ~ 17:00
(Lunch break: 12:00 ~ 13:00)
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Calibration request

Create calibration request and acceptance (1 copy of business registration certificate)

Perform calibration

Execution status can be checked in the Online Status Lookup section on the homepage

Complete calibration and payment

Send detailed email regarding calibration completion Send payment invoice Pay calibration fee

Bank account copy Business registration certificate

Return equipment and Certificate

After paying the calibration fee, the equipment can be returned directly to the customer or delivered,... (contact in advance for the fastest arrangement)

On-site calibration

Calibration request

Send the list of equipment requiring calibration (equipment name, manufacturer, model, quantity)
- Online: Online Services > Request a Quote
- E-mail :  info@vinamt.com.vn (please attach a copy of the business registration certificate and contact person information for the first transaction)

Plan on-site calibration

Align with the person in charge of the quotation and plan the calibration at the customer's site

Perform on-site calibration

Travel to the location designated by the customer for calibration (equipment that cannot be calibrated on-site will be brought back to VinaMT for execution)

Complete calibration & Fee payment

Send calibration completion details via email Send payment invoice Receive payment

Return equipment and calibration results

After payment is completed, you can request to have the equipment returned, delivered,.... (contact in advance for the fastest support)

Send calibration results

After payment is completed, you will receive the Calibration Results (a copy of the calibration results can be directly looked up on the VinaMT Homepage)

Pick-up & Delivery Service

To minimize the inconvenience of transporting equipment for customers, we provide transport vehicles to pick up and deliver equipment within Hanoi and neighboring provinces. You can check if your area qualifies for free delivery via the company hotline after receiving the quotation. For other provinces, delivery and pick-up terms can be negotiated after submitting a quote request.

Trust Management Service

We accept entrustment for managing measuring equipment from customers and provide calibration, maintenance, and supporting services for those devices.

Online Information Provision

We provide services to check calibration progress status and download copies of Calibration Results (certificates) through Homepage > progress status
